Cryptographic security startup PQShield has announced the completion of its $37 million Series B funding round, with lead investment from Addition. Other participants in the round include Braavos Capital, Legal & General, and Chevron Technology Ventures. PQShield’s technology aims to protect encryption systems from hacking attacks based on quantum computers. Notable clients of PQShield include Nvidia and AMD. The newly raised funds will be used to hire additional staff and foster closer working relationships with partners and customers.
