On August 7th, developer Nima Owji revealed in a tweet that XPayments, a payment service, will be launched on Elon Musk’s X platform. This service will involve transactions, balances, and transfers. Previously, Musk had disclosed plans to provide financial services on the X platform, including storage value, person-to-person transfers, and access to high-yield currency markets, among others.
