Today, the Web3 technology company OKX has announced that the well-known blockchain security firm CertiK has conducted a comprehensive security audit of the OKX Wallet, covering various aspects of the wallet architecture including codebase integrity, encryption protocols, and overall system robustness. According to information on the CertiK website, the current network security score of OKX Wallet is 92.55, ranking it first in the industry.

The audit results indicate that the technical services provided by OKX Wallet not only meet but exceed industry security standards. For users, this means that their assets and transaction activities are protected by top-notch security and reliable technology. For OKX, providing secure and reliable technical services to users aligns with the team’s commitment to a secure and transparent development philosophy.

The CertiK team stated that the security audit primarily focused on evaluating the ability of OKX Wallet’s applications to address various logical issues, control, and functional vulnerabilities. This process not only helps identify potential risk points in the codebase but also provides customized security reinforcement recommendations to further strengthen its security defenses. Interested users can visit the CertiK website to delve into detailed audit results for a more comprehensive understanding of the security performance of OKX Wallet.

Jason Lau, Chief Innovation Officer at OKX, stated, “In the crypto world, security is the most important foundational element. This audit is a small step towards promoting the security of the Web3 ecosystem. In the future, we will collaborate with more security teams to promote Web3 security education to a wider user base.”

As a decentralized multi-chain wallet, OKX Wallet now supports 90+ public chains and incorporates wallet, market (NFT, Ordinals, Runes), trading, DeFi, and Dapp discovery in five major sections. OKX Web3 Wallet has always been dedicated to providing users with secure, transparent, and reliable self-custody services. Moving forward, they will continue to adhere to this principle to offer users better services while actively engaging in Web3 security knowledge dissemination activities to promote the overall security ecosystem development in the market and contribute to its healthy growth.
